Scaling Up
Versionary handles large batches — 50, 100, or 200+ deliverables from a single upload. Here’s how to set up large campaigns efficiently.Organizing Your Matrix
Multiple Spots, One Matrix
A single delivery matrix can reference multiple master videos. Include a Video column to specify which source each deliverable uses:Platform Coverage
A typical campaign might need deliverables across all platforms:| Format | Platforms | Deliverables per spot |
|---|---|---|
| 16:9 | YouTube, Broadcast, Hulu, OLV, Web | 5 |
| 9:16 | Meta, TikTok, Spotify | 3 |
| 4:5 | Meta Feed | 1 |
| 1:1 | LinkedIn, Spotify | 2 |
Processing Time
| Batch Size | Approximate Time |
|---|---|
| 10 deliverables | 3–5 minutes |
| 25 deliverables | 8–12 minutes |
| 50 deliverables | 15–20 minutes |
| 100+ deliverables | 30–45 minutes |
Best Practices
- One matrix per campaign. Keep all deliverables in a single spreadsheet for consistent processing.
-
Name overlay files systematically. Use a convention like
{spot}_{format}.movso matching is reliable across dozens of rows. - Check Smart Reframe on one spot first. If your campaign has multiple cuts of the same content, the AI’s crop positioning will be similar across all of them. Fix one, and the others will likely be correct.
- Use cloud delivery for large batches. ZIP downloads for 100+ deliverables can be very large. Cloud delivery gives you individual file links.
- Download promptly. Batches are cleaned up after 48 hours. Cloud links expire after 7 days.
