Your First Batch

This guide walks through a complete batch from upload to download using a single 30-second spot with 6 deliverables.

What You’ll Need

  • A master video file (MP4 or MOV)
  • A delivery matrix spreadsheet (download template)
  • Optional: overlay files and a logo

Step 1: Create Your Delivery Matrix

Open the template and define your deliverables. For a simple first batch: 
Ad-ID,Title,Format,Platform
TEST001,My_First_Spot_30,16:9,youtube
TEST002,My_First_Spot_30,9:16,meta
TEST003,My_First_Spot_30,1:1,linkedin
Save as CSV.

Step 2: Upload

Go to app.versionary.ai. Drag your CSV file into the upload area. Then add your video file using the + button or drag and drop. Versionary parses your matrix and confirms the deliverable count.

Step 3: Preview & Adjust

The system runs Smart Reframe analysis on your video. When complete, you’ll see the preview monitor with format toggle buttons. Click each format to review the crop positioning. If a crop needs adjustment, use the chat panel:
“shift shot 3 left 15%”
Review the Preview Image that appears in chat. If it looks good:
“apply it”
Wait for the re-render to complete before moving on.

Step 4: Approve & Continue

Click Approve & Continue to advance to the Titles step. Review overlay and logo assignments. If everything looks correct, continue through Translate to Export.

Step 5: Download

On the Export tab, your deliverables are ready. Download the ZIP package or use cloud delivery to get a shareable link.
