Use this template as a starting point for your delivery matrix. Customize it to match your campaign requirements.

The simplest matrix needs just four columns: 
Ad-ID,Title,Format,Platform

When your campaign includes multiple cuts, specify the source video per row:

Tips

  • Column names are flexible — Versionary recognizes common variations. “ISCI” works as well as “Ad-ID”.
  • Empty cells are fine — leave Overlay or Logo blank if a deliverable doesn’t need them.
  • Platform codes are case-insensitive — META, meta, and Meta all work.
  • Codec defaults to H.264 — only specify prores when you need broadcast-grade output.
