Your First Batch in 4 Steps

1

Prepare Your Files

You need two things:
  • Master video — your finished spot in the highest quality available (H.264 MP4 or ProRes recommended)
  • Delivery matrix — a CSV or Excel spreadsheet defining what deliverables you need

Upload to Versionary

Go to app.versionary.ai and drag your CSV into the upload area. Then add your video file. The system automatically matches your video to the matrix rows.If you have overlay files (title treatments, captions), add those too — Versionary will composite them automatically.

Review Smart Reframe Previews

Versionary’s AI analyzes your footage and generates preview crops for each aspect ratio. Use the format toggle buttons to check 16:9, 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 versions.If any crop needs adjustment, talk to Verne in the chat panel:
  • “shift shot 3 left 20%”
  • “zoom in on shot 7 by 10%”
  • “apply it”

Export and Download

Click Approve & Continue to advance through Titles and Translation steps. On the Export tab, your deliverables are packaged with correct ADID naming and available for download or cloud delivery.

What You Get

Each deliverable is exported with:
  • Correct aspect ratio and resolution for the target platform
  • ADID-based filename convention: ADID_Title_Platform.ext
  • Platform-appropriate codec (H.264 for digital, ProRes for broadcast)
  • Overlays composited if provided
  • AI-optimized crop positioning

Processing Time

A typical batch of 10–15 deliverables processes in 3–5 minutes. Larger batches (50+ deliverables) take 15–20 minutes. You’ll receive a notification when your batch is ready.
