Every batch flows through four stages. You control the process at each step.1. Batch — Upload & Preview
Upload your master video and delivery matrix (CSV or Excel). Versionary parses the spreadsheet to identify every deliverable you need — aspect ratios, platforms, overlay assignments, logo placements. The AI Smart Reframe engine analyzes your footage using Google Video Intelligence, detecting subject positions across every shot. It generates intelligent crop windows for each aspect ratio, keeping your subject properly framed. You preview all formats in the built-in monitor with format toggle buttons. If any framing needs adjustment, Verne — the AI assistant — is available in the chat panel for conversational corrections.2. Titles — Overlay Assignments
Review how overlays, logos, and captions are assigned to each deliverable. Each card shows:- The deliverable’s thumbnail preview

3. Translate — Localization
For campaigns requiring multi-language versions, Versionary integrates with LipDub AI to produce lip-synced translations in 74 languages. The AI matches mouth movements to translated audio, producing natural-looking localized spots. Translation is available as an add-on service.4. Export — Delivery
Your deliverables are encoded in parallel using 6 concurrent processing threads. Each file is named using ADID conventions and packaged for download. Delivery options:- Direct download — ZIP package with all deliverables

- Email notification — Download link sent to your team
