Delivery Options

When your batch finishes processing, Versionary packages your deliverables and makes them available through multiple channels.

Direct Download

Download a ZIP package containing all deliverables directly from the Export tab. Files are organized with ADID naming conventions ready for trafficking.

Cloud Delivery

Deliverables are uploaded in parallel to Google Cloud Storage. Each batch gets a unique secure URL with a 7-day expiration. Share the link with your team, client, or media buyer — no login required to download.

Email Notification

Receive an email with your batch summary and a one-click download button. Forward to anyone who needs the files.

File Organization

Every deliverable follows the naming convention defined in your delivery matrix: 
{ADID}_{Title}_{Platform}.{ext}
Example: 
ABCD1234_NWR_Reagan_30_9x16_Cap_IG.mp4
ABCD1234_NWR_Reagan_30_16x9_Cap_FB.mp4
ABCD1234_NWR_Reagan_30_1x1_Cap_LINKEDIN.mp4
