What Is a Delivery Matrix?
A delivery matrix is a spreadsheet where each row defines one deliverable. It tells Versionary what to produce — the aspect ratio, platform, codec, overlay, logo, and filename for every version of your spot. Upload a CSV or Excel file. Versionary’s flexible column detection reads any column order and handles variations in column naming.Required Columns

Column Detection
You don’t need exact column names. Versionary recognizes common variations:- Ad-ID:
ad-id,adid,isci,id,ad_id - Title:
title,name,description,spot_name - Format:
format,aspect_ratio,ratio,size - Platform:
platform,destination,network,placement
Multi-Video Batches
If your campaign has multiple master videos (e.g., a 30-second and a 15-second cut), upload all videos at once. Versionary matches each matrix row to the correct source video using intelligent filename matching. The matching system uses three passes:- Exact match — filename matches the Video column exactly
- Substring match — Video column value appears within the filename
- Prefix match — first segment of the filename matches
